This rich carmel knit fabric has everything you would hope a casual knit fabric would embody; lavish carmel tones, elegant drape and flexible mobility.  The denim collar, cuff and placket detailing grounds the whimsical sheen of the Carmel knit fabric. The apricot piping outlines the color contrast and design details with a visible glow of color.
 
While I have no doubt this shirt will be a stunner in the arena, my vision when designing it was a day to day or out for dinner shirt.  The knit fabric is great for a French tuck and delivering a comfortable yet sophisticated style.  We used the apricot piping everywhere we could in this line and it truly sets off the textures and color palette in a way I only dreamed of.
 
I rolled the dice on this fabric when I was selecting it.  Rarely do we use knits in our garments so I am more hesitant to choose one, due to lack of familiarity.  This specific fabric kept popping up on my radar and I couldn’t ignore it.  My hesitation was the speckle of sparkle woven through the fabric.  I wasn’t sure what that would look like in real life and more importantly how it would feel on.  The fabric is smooth on the inside, making it comfortable to wear while the outside has a pretty tinsly look.
